Each of our evening and weekend training sessions are 90 minutes long, segmented into 3 parts:
- Basic core movements (Warm up exercises)
- Ball mastery (Dribbling and various ball control exercises/games)
- 1-v-1 Football progressing to Futsal for advanced players
Where possible, we try and arrange the training sessions by age and ability level, and in circumstances when there is a mix, every effort will be made to create smaller groups within the session to ensure proper development and enjoyment for every player.
